AbClose is a revolutionary advancement in port site closure. The patented Suture Guide enables precise and symmetric suture placement regardless of patient BMI.

Clinical Needs & Evidences

  • 7.5 million laparoscopic surgeries are performed globally each year and roughly 6% result in hernias from port site incisions.

  • Existing port site closure devices are not optimized for a wide range of patient’s anatomy.
